Information this environment stores
An account can include email, display name, member ID, a password hash, session records, wallet ledger entries, a cashier-branch binding, and security events such as sign-in attempts.
Cashier and admin staff can see the member ID, balances, and branch details they need to complete an assigned task. This copy does not describe a filed privacy notice or a named data-protection authority.
Session and language
Sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. The cookie is not a marketing tracker.
Your language choice is stored in this browser so the interface can reopen in English or Turkish.
Access requests
The contact form on this site does not submit a ticket. Do not use it for a privacy request until a support channel is connected.
Retention periods, cross-border transfers, and legal bases are not stated here. They require final legal review.
