Account, wallet, cashier, casino, sports, and Keno guidance.
After you sign in, Account shows your member ID, display name, email, assigned cashier, available balance, and reserved balance.
The member ID is the code cashiers use to find you. It is shown on the account overview and uses a VX- prefix.
Sign in with the email and password on your account. The session is stored in an HTTP-only cookie.
Repeated failed sign-ins can lock the account for a short time. Use Forgot password to record a reset request. This environment does not promise delivery to a live inbox. When a reset link is issued, open it once and choose a new password.
Available balance is the amount you can use. Reserved balance is held aside and cannot be spent until it is released or paid out.
Both figures come from the server ledger. The header shows available balance only after your session has been checked.
Cash deposits are completed in person at a cashier branch. There is no online card deposit in this environment.
Give the cashier your member ID. The first completed cash deposit assigns that branch to your account.
Request a withdrawal from Account, then Withdrawals. While the request is pending, the amount moves from available balance into reserved balance.
Your assigned cashier pays the cash and marks the request paid. You can cancel a request while it is still pending. A rejected or cancelled request returns the reserved amount to available balance.
Your assigned cashier is the branch that completed your first cash deposit. Later cash deposits and cash withdrawals stay with that branch.
You can withdraw only from that cashier. Another branch cannot pay the request. Staff can transfer the customer binding if a different branch should take over.
The casino lobby lists games you can open. Demo play uses play-money inside the game and does not change your wallet.
If you are signed in and the game offers wallet play, stakes and wins use your available balance. Some titles are still demonstration content.
Sports and live pages show public demo prices. Every visitor sees the same odds.
The bet slip can accept a demo bet in this environment. It is not a finished sportsbook settlement product.
Change your password from Account, then Security. A password needs at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
You can revoke active sessions from the same page. Do not share your password or authenticator codes.
Players can turn on an authenticator from Account, then Security. After it is enabled, sign-in asks for a current code.
Admin and cashier accounts are expected to enroll before they can sign in when that requirement is turned on.
Account, then Responsible gaming, can store a deposit limit, a loss limit, session minutes, a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion.
These are account settings in this environment. Local legal duties still need review before a public launch.
